7.Performance-Based Sales Commission

If you refer a project to STPT, STPT will pay you a percentage of the contract amount as a sales agency fee after the order is received and delivered.

*If the project’s profit margin falls below the specified rate, the fee will be 50% of the profit.
*Please understand that STPT may decline projects if we determine they cannot be undertaken based on the project’s content.

Types of Our Partners

We have two types of partners: “Individual In-House Partners” for individuals and “Corporate Alliance Partners” for corporations and organizations.

(Individual) What is an in-house partner?(個人)インハウスパートナーとは?

The Individual In-House Partner program is designed for freelancers, sole proprietors, and salaried employees seeking to engage in side work or secondary employment. Partners will participate in projects as members of Strategic Partners.

 

Partner responsibilities are assigned based on individual expertise, such as sales or production, and are carried out on a project-by-project basis. As this is a contract-based arrangement, side work is permitted, allowing partners to focus primarily on their main occupation while contributing to our projects. Partner contracts are typically renewed every 3 months to 1 year.

 

Additionally, a hybrid contract model involving mutual project assignments is available. Under this format, partners can collaborate with us on projects they secure, dividing responsibilities to execute the work. A key feature of this model is that partners can directly provide their own client companies with a wide range of services, from strategy to creative work.

This program targets individuals such as producers and directors specializing in creative fields including strategic planning, video production, web production, event production, graphic design, and PR. Creative Partners leverage their expertise to engage directly with clients, building upon the strategic and communication designs crafted by our strategists to deliver truly effective creative solutions. By collaborating with us and combining our respective insights, we enable consistent value delivery from strategy through execution.

Account partner

This role targets individuals with sales experience at advertising agencies, consulting firms, production companies, and similar organizations. Account Partners will directly engage with existing clients and new prospects, handling sales and negotiations. Acquired projects will be advanced in collaboration with our company, leveraging the expertise and know-how of both parties. This enables the delivery of integrated services spanning strategic planning, creative production, and solution provision, thereby strengthening our sales capabilities.

Partnership Collaboration Models

After signing a partnership agreement, you can select the optimal collaboration method—such as “business outsourcing,” “hybrid,” or “business development”—based on the project details.

Leveraging both parties’ strengths, we achieve flexible and highly effective project execution.

Contract-Based (Subcontracting Model)

Our company subcontracts projects within your scope of work to our partners.

What is a (corporate) alliance partner?(法人)アライアンス・パートナーとは?

Corporate Alliance Partners is a partnership program targeting “corporate entities” and “organizations” such as companies and groups. As members of Strategic Partners, our Corporate Alliance Partners participate in projects.

 

Participation formats include cases where we outsource work to you, or cases where you execute projects we introduce to client companies. You will execute tasks on a project-by-project basis according to your organization’s strengths and expertise. Partner agreements are typically renewed every 3 months to 1 year.

Media Partners

This category targets corporations and organizations specializing in media, such as television stations and web advertising media companies. Media Partners handle media planning and media sales based on the strategy and communication design developed by our strategists. Their key feature is enabling optimal media utilization for client companies.

Solution partners
This category targets corporations providing IT services, servers, and various marketing tools. Solution Partners propose the most suitable tools and services to our client companies. This reduces your sales workload while expanding distribution channels and acquiring new customers.

Account partners

This program targets corporations such as advertising agencies and consulting firms. Account Partners conduct sales and negotiations with their own clients, then collaborate with us to advance the acquired projects. Academy Participation Rights

The Strategic Academy is an educational program hosted by STPT, primarily targeting internal personnel and partners. This cultivates individuals capable of executing their duties with a strategic perspective. Partners may participate in any course of interest as many times as desired, free of charge.

Partner Gathering Participation Rights (Case Studies, Knowledge Sharing)

Partner Gatherings are regular study sessions hosted by STPT for internal personnel and partners. We share the latest case studies and knowledge gained from actual projects. Partners themselves serve as presenters, introducing the latest trends across diverse fields to deepen mutual learning.
