A six-month training course will be set up, and through lectures and case study work, not only strategists but also various creators’ skills will be improved, and practical know-how will be acquired in solving corporate problems.

01Survey analysis
Survey analysis is an interview or preliminary survey on a company or products/services. In addition, it is to investigate the external environment and internal environment surrounding a company’s products and services, and to analyze based on the results. By studying survey analysis methods, we will review corporate strategy and derive guidelines for strategic planning.
02Philosophy/Business domain
It is important to maintain the philosophy and define the business domain in order to carry out the corporate strategy surely. Based on the results of the survey analysis, you will learn how to redefine your philosophy and business domain, if necessary, to formulate business strategies and connect them to strategic planning that corresponds to all phases of corporate operation.
03Business strategy
Business strategy is based on the redefinition of philosophy and business domain. Learn to develop redefinition and branding of I (Business Identity). It is an important element related to the foundation of corporate activities such as activity system and growth strategy.
04Marketing
Learn to plan and produce a product strategy, a price strategy, and a strategic plan that brings out all of your marketing activities: PR, WEB, events, mass media, over-the-counter, ooh, promotions, and other promotional strategies, distribution strategies, and sales strategies.
05Management
In companies, management is essential to maintain and grow business results regardless of business type. There are various things that a company should do such as personnel/education and finance in carrying out management. 06Operation
After establishing a strategy, it is not easy to realize it, but as the strategy is implemented, appropriate operations are executed, the effects and results are verified, and improvements are made to the bottlenecks. Qualification requirements: Work experience (assistant) 3 years or more
02Master Business Strategist (MBS)
Qualification requirements: Passed the junior business strategist certification / More than 10 companies with a track record of improving corporate performance / MBA holder or more (third-party certification required) / In-house examination
Note 1) What is a strategist (corporate strategist)?
Strategist is a new type of profession that “supports client companies by making a one-stop effort from strategic planning (*2) to execution support (*3).”
You may think that a profession close to a strategist is a consultant, but a consultant is a profession in strategy formulation,
and does not take care of tactics (product production, solution construction, organizational design, etc.).
In this way, it cannot be denied that the specialized human resources that support client companies are partial support such as consultants and creators. It is true that it is possible to provide highly effective measures because it is a specialized service. At present, corporate activities of customers are carried out in a very wide range. Therefore, it seems that specialized services alone cannot solve the essential problems of companies.
Yes, corporate activities are said to be “complicated”, and the steering in the midst of all the various factors is directly linked to business results. There are many different things you can do to adapt to the changing market environment. Note 2) What is strategic planning?

Specifically, the six corporate activity elements are “1. Survey/analysis”, “2. Philosophy/Business domain”, “3. Business strategy”, “4. Marketing”, “5. Management”, and “6. Operation”. In “3. Business Strategy,” the business strategy of the company is formulated. In “4. Marketing,” the marketing strategy for the products and services of the business is formulated. In “5. Note 3) What is execution support?
Strategists carry out strategic planning and support execution until KPI and KGI realization is called “execution support”. We thoroughly support companies by using various methods from execution to achievement of goals.
