Delivery is generally consolidated to a single location.
※ Delivery to individual stores is also available; please feel free to inquire. Preparation for delivery to each store and shipping fees will be quoted separately.
FAQよくあるご質問
- Is it absolutely necessary to order the entire kit (fixtures, video monitor, leaflet stand, video, leaflets) as a single package? Can the signage be installed on its own?
- We also offer the signage unit for sale on its own. Please feel free to inquire.
- We already have the video we want to broadcast. Is video production required?
- It is not required.
If you provide us with the video you wish to broadcast in mp4 format, we can deliver the signage unit with the video already loaded.
- Is it possible to replace the video content?
- If replacement is needed after delivery, you can prepare a USB drive containing the new video (in mp4 format), insert it into the signage unit, and overwrite the existing content.
Alternatively, you can send the signage units requiring replacement to us, and we can perform the replacement work here.
*In that case, we will provide a quote for the replacement units and shipping costs to your delivery address. Please feel free to contact us.
