The Strategic Laboratory is a laboratory that reviews and updates the contents of the Strategic Planning Framework “6e” and the operational manuals to smoothly implement 6e in practice.
Participating members of the Laboratory consist of a limited number of members. These members include strategists, producers, solution managers, and others who gather knowledge in practice, as well as researchers who support the theory from an academic perspective.

The “6e”, modernized at Strategic Laboratories, is being used to train Strategic Partners’ employees and partners at the Strategic Academy to enhance the skills of our staff.

In the age of VUCA, strategies and tactics should change with the times. The 6e will continue to be updated to ensure that it remains an appropriate framework for any era.
The Strategic Laboratory, in which both practitioners and researchers participate, will ensure that 6e reflects and creates a reliable framework that is academically supported and not biased by the biases and assumptions of practitioners, and will prevent the creation of academic theories that are not based on actual practice and cannot reflect the realities of the field. We prevent the creation of empty theories on the table that are not in accordance with practice and cannot be reflected in practice.
