Background

Company C is a tool manufacturer in the automobile manufacturing industry. A leading company in the industry with a unified product brand and a No. 1 share in the industry.
They have several group companies, but we have asked each company to design a strategic strategy for the group in order to bring them together to enhance the centripetal force and expand sales. At the time of the interview, the companies other than the one in the group had no fixed brand, and each company was acting independently. Therefore, we organized a vision and a mission to organize the group and carried out a strategic design intending to become a group as a whole.

Implementation content

In order to formulate the vision and mission of the group, we first set up a vision setting committee inviting in-house volunteers, and after several meetings centered on the project group, unify the in-house will and formulate the vision and mission. Based on our vision and mission, we will promote branding as a “group company with momentum” that will spread to the outside, raise awareness in the industry, and develop even more advanced initiatives while the group is united as one. Proposed and implemented so that it can be deployed.

Update of all product promotion videos
◯ Event: We will exhibit at an exhibition where companies in the industry gather. Exhibiting jointly with group companies, mainly to unveil group vision.
◯ Mass advertisement: Publishing in industry newspapers
◯ CRM: Introduced the CRM system “Cockpit” to strengthen relations with customers, and regularly send information on exhibitions and new product information in e-mail magazines.
