Background
The government office will carry out a law reform campaign, which was aimed at 4.2 million small and medium enterprises, and there was a limit to notifying all the companies with a limited budget. Government agencies ask advertising agencies. We received a request from an advertising agency to our company, and at the time of multiple hearings, we analyzed the information about the campaign and the target small and medium-sized enterprises in detail, set the purpose as recognition expansion and planned it.
Implementation content
The issue that became clear during the interview was the announcement to 4.2 million SMEs. We thought it difficult to inform all companies from the budget, and we narrowed down the companies for which recognition is essential. Using the technology of DSP (Demand Side Platform), we plan to grasp the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, we also conduct a preliminary analysis of the legal revision, redefine the significance and reason, design the deployment concept, campaign We have set a basic strategy for branding itself. At the same time, we developed a message that expresses the campaign as a keyword. In line with the message we developed, we cast a famous actress as an image character and proposed and produced a policy that organically connects products with the image character as the main catch.
