Background

We received an order from the Digital Agency for public relations work to inform the public about how to receive medical care after December 2, 2024, in accordance with the integration of the My Number Card and Health Insurance Card according to the “Law Partially Amending the My Number Law Enacted on December 2, 2024”.
The premise of the project was to conduct publicity activities mainly at pharmacies. After interviewing pharmacies and pharmacists, we came to the conclusion that it would be impossible to increase the number of “publicity activities within the pharmacists’ normal duties. As a result, we decided to install fixtures in the pharmacies and use signage to announce the new service. By combining fixtures and signage, we discovered many advantages, including the possibility of advertising as a high-impact presence in the pharmacy and making the pharmacy more visible through signage broadcasts during waiting time in the pharmacy.

Details of implementation

After receiving the order, we installed signage in 2,500 pharmacies nationwide and conducted PR work. The key point of the implementation was to guide the target audience on a seamless route through the individual measures, from publicity, to guidance and appeal, to experience and measurement. We designed the route based on the idea that it is important to provide an attractive experience.

In addition, we also produced various other graphics and conducted events at commercial facilities and exhibitions to promote public awareness.
