Overview
At the “Auto Service Show,” where Sankyo Reel Co., Ltd. exhibited, our company provided comprehensive total production services, encompassing everything from exhibition concept planning to booth design, content development, and construction. In developing the project, we conducted multiple rounds of interviews to carefully align the overall exhibition theme with Sankyo Reel’s corporate theme. Taking into account industry trends and visitor demographics, we clarified the objectives and key messages of the exhibition and strategically designed the exhibition concept.
The theme of this year’s Auto Service Show was “Maintenance Equipment Advancing with Next-Generation Mobility,” while Sankyo Reel’s 2025 corporate theme is “Stage Up Project – Hikidasu Creation.” Based on feedback gathered during the interviews—including requests for “open and accessible circulation,” “promotion of interaction and co-creation,” and “enhancing visitor motivation (enthusiasm)”—we established “YAGURA” as the exhibition concept. This “YAGURA” is designed not merely as a display space, but as a place where visitors and Sankyo Reel naturally engage with one another and co-create ideas. Every aspect of the layout, spatial design, and presentation is crafted to enable visitors to actively participate and share enthusiasm, creating an immersive and collaborative experience.


Production




Up to the construction stage, our company conducted meticulous coordination throughout every phase of production, from the initial booth design and planning of product installation methods to panel submissions and the arrangement of various materials. By performing detailed checks at each stage, we ensured faithful reflection of the design intent and exhibition concept while maximizing quality, safety, and the overall impact of the presentation. Moreover, we continually discussed and fine-tuned even minor adjustments to materials and construction procedures, striving to create a space where visitors can engage intuitively and comfortably. By carefully managing each of these steps, we elevated the overall quality of the exhibition and successfully delivered a showcase that fully conveys the brand value of Sankyo Reel Co., Ltd.
Content Development
Additionally, we introduced a visitor-participation content called the “Sankyo Reel General Election.” In this activity, attendees voted for the products they most desired or were most interested in, with the results announced on the final day. This approach not only enabled us to identify popular products but also allowed us to collect insights on visitor needs, requests, and suggestions for improvement through accompanying surveys, providing valuable data to inform future marketing strategies. Beyond engaging visitors, the voting and survey process also encouraged product managers to actively promote their products, enhancing the overall presentation.
Furthermore, we implemented the “Sankyo Reel Stamp Rally,” where visitors could collect stamps within the booth to unlock a digital lottery. This playful element encouraged movement throughout the booth and increased engagement with each exhibition area.
Stage content was also enhanced with talk shows and product presentations by young employees, helping to bring visitors closer to the company while amplifying the overall impact of the exhibition. Through these initiatives, we transformed the exhibition from a simple showcase into an interactive, participatory brand experience that invited attendees to actively engage and enjoy the event.
