What is project?

What is a project?

Strategic Partners’ core business is supporting organizations such as companies and local governments in order to create an ideal society. In contrast, when Strategic Partners participates as the main or working members of an activity, it is called a “project,” and the members themselves act and gain experience as players who directly contribute to society. As a precursor to this, members themselves have started activities in a lean startup format that they enjoy, turning them into “projects” and accumulating experience in their execution.

Theme

There are three themes in the Strategic Partners project. All projects fall into one of three categories. Based on that theme, we aim to realize a better society by teaching various productions and executions in addition to strategic planning.

1. Problem-solving

We aim to solve problems that someone, big or small, is having trouble with, from small problems related to daily life to big problems in society as a whole, using strategies as a weapon.

2. Sustainable / Social Development

3. Entertainment
