OutlineAbout the Branding & Promotion Service

As with strategy, we believe organic coordination is essential in our branding & promotion strategy. In addition, the products needed to execute the strategy designed in (1) core design are created by professionals specializing in each field. We provide strategy-based products, including video, events, websites and graphics, through a fully integrated in-house system. By handling planning and production management entirely in-house, we achieve both cost efficiency and quality.

(1) Core Design | Building the core of your brand

We believe that what matters most in branding is not surface-level expression, but clarifying the underlying “way of thinking” and “intent.” Core design is the process of defining that starting point of the brand.
We research and analyze the market environment, competitive landscape, and customers' values and behavioral characteristics from multiple angles, and organize the essential strengths and social role of the company or service. On that basis, we clarify the direction the brand should take and the value it should provide, and articulate it as a brand concept.
We then develop catchphrases and key visuals to convey that concept accurately and attractively. In addition, we create source copy that organizes service and product information, serving as the foundation for every output, including the web, advertising and sales materials. This ensures that all measures are rolled out consistently along the same axis.
1. Develop the core concept and catchphrase for the brand (product or service)
2. Create source copy that expresses and promotes the brand (product or service)
3. Create key visuals that express the brand

| Organizing Products/Services | - Creation of source copy *What is source copy? Source copy is the foundational text data used in common across multiple creatives, such as videos, key visuals, banner ads, and brochures. It serves as the starting point for unifying the core message and tone & manner of each deliverable and maintaining consistency as a brand. Source copy is not a limited asset such as a copy draft or script; it is positioned as a “common language” used throughout the entire project. For that reason, the precision of its wording and the direction of its expression have a major impact on the quality and impression of every creative. Based on the source copy, the tone and volume of text are adjusted according to the characteristics and purpose of each medium, and it is deployed as narration and captions in videos, as the main copy in key visuals, and as promotional messages in banner ads and brochures. In this way, source copy is the foundation of all communication and an essential document for setting the direction of the entire production. |

② PR Design | Generating buzz and moving the media

In PR design, rather than simply communicating the value of a product or service, we focus on building context around “why the world needs this information now.”
We restructure information from perspectives such as social relevance, novelty, and uniqueness, and design it as “story hooks” that easily attract the interest of the media and consumers. This is not accidental buzz-making but planned design based on strategy.
Built around the story hooks we develop, we roll out a combination of press releases, social media posts, press conferences, exhibitions, and various events. By generating not only media exposure but also consumer empathy and organic sharing, we gradually foster understanding of and trust in the brand.
1. Design “story hooks” that easily attract the interest of the media and consumers
2. Maximize advertising-equivalent value through strategic PR design
3. Go beyond media exposure to achieve consumer empathy and organic sharing on social media and elsewhere

③ Tool Production | Moving hearts and making people love the brand
Tool production is the process of giving concrete “form” to the brand philosophy and worldview defined in the core design.
We design and produce the optimal tools for each purpose and touchpoint, including video, graphics, web, and events, aiming for a state in which each one not only functions on its own but also delivers a consistent message as a whole.
We value not only beauty and impact of expression but also the strategic perspective of “to whom, what, and how to communicate.” By designing every deliverable based on the brand concept, we raise the quality of the brand experience at every point of contact.

WEB

While handling specialized knowledge and technologies such as increasingly diverse website production and system development, as well as management systems and databases linked to websites, we first draw out, through purpose-driven interviews, what kind of website the company truly needs.
For a corporate website, for example, a key feature of our approach is that we satisfy a wide range of checkpoints—the company's objectives, what should be expressed, whether it is tied to the company's philosophy and mission, and so on—and carry out production based on a fundamental concept.
We believe that a website important to corporate activities must be an output rooted in such strategy.
1. Strategy-based web design that becomes a “weapon”
2. End-to-end support from concept design and page design to photography, diagram creation, and writing
3. We also provide services needed for operation, from SEO to page analysis and content production

Graphics

Historically, graphics have perhaps been regarded as design products that serve as the face of services and goods. The graphics we provide are founded on the principle that they should be effective beyond that narrow definition of design.
In other words, we believe that even in the field of graphic design, the output should be aligned with corporate strategy. The most obvious example of strategy-aligned graphics is CI, but we believe strategy should be applied and reflected even in the design of internal manuals, which people tend to think of as furthest removed from strategy.
Our top priority is to understand the strategy and deliver with an awareness of how graphics function in corporate activities, and our in-house designers can manage and deliver everything consistently from planning and production to delivery.
1. Wide-ranging graphic production, including advertisements, brochures, product packaging, vehicle wraps, and novelty items
2. We can arrange designers (from standard to top class) to fit your budget. Feel free to request even a single banner

④ Advertising | Reliable delivery through the optimal media

Advertising is the means to deliver brand messages reliably to the right audience at the right time.
Using the various tools we have produced, we design the optimal media plan according to objectives and KPIs, choosing from a diverse range of media such as video advertising (TV and web), OOH (outdoor and transit advertising), newspapers, radio, and direct mail.
Taking into account media characteristics and the target's behavioral journey, we design consistently from raising awareness through deepening understanding to prompting action. Working with partners on everything from media buying to delivery, operation, and improvement, we strive to maximize the return on advertising investment.
1. Select the right media to reach the target
2. Media buying across a wide range of media, including TV, web, newspapers, and OOH

⑤ Corporate Sales Measures | Sales support that leads directly to results

We place importance on “not letting branding and promotion end at awareness.”
In corporate sales measures, we build mechanisms to turn the interest and leads acquired into actual business negotiations, contracts, and purchases.
In addition to formulating sales strategies based on the characteristics of target companies and industries, we develop sales materials, proposals, and presentation tools, designing them to be easy to use in the field while correctly conveying the brand's philosophy.
By linking marketing and sales rather than separating them, we support sales activities that lead directly to results.
1. We propose strategic sales strategies
2. We also set sales targets, KPIs, and more
3. We also create materials such as sales manuals
