Strategic Partners' strengthsThe Strengths of Strategic Partners
To make our clients’ initiatives and corporate management even more effective, we use “6e,” the latest corporate management scheme, and can provide planning support and production support through three service areas based on 6e. In corporate management, a plan is meaningless unless it is carried out; conversely, executing strategies and initiatives without a plan may fail to produce meaningful results. We provide services that carry you through end to end, from strategy formulation to execution.
1. Applying the latest framework to maximize corporate value!

Corporate activities require a holistic, bird’s-eye perspective that considers overall optimization. We use the “6e” strategic design framework, the industry’s first practical and adaptable strategic design framework, developed by our CEO based on empirical research at an overseas university.
Built on practical holistic marketing and blended with a range of management strategy tools, it is a strategic planning tool that classifies and arranges corporate activity into six elements: “1. Research & Analysis,” “2. Corporate Strategy,” “3. Business Strategy,” “4. Marketing,” “5. Management,” and “6. Operations,” and is adaptable, being continuously updated through feedback from practice and through research. “6e” makes it possible to derive answers for every phase of the challenges facing a company and its services and products. The strategic planning and product production we propose are designed according to the flow defined in “6e.” We analyze the environment and targets surrounding the company, service, or product and design a strategic concept. Where appropriate, we even propose redefining the company’s philosophy and domain, or redefining its services and products.
As an evolving framework, “6e” can always deliver solutions to companies in any industry or sector. Its greatest feature is that it is kept up to date and continuously evolved through ongoing research, incorporating know-how gained from projects as well as papers published in the academic fields of marketing strategy and management strategy. To date, it has been applied at more than 1,000 companies and adopted as the strategy actually to be pursued. In other words, the know-how verified and implemented in projects at more than 1,000 companies is also fed back into and incorporated into “6e.” This framework could be called our “secret sauce,” to use a cooking analogy, and we are sometimes asked what industries or products it is best suited to. “6e” has no concept of strengths or weaknesses. That is because it is a “framework = way of thinking” specialized in solving problems. “6e” makes it possible to derive answers through a “way of thinking” modeled as a framework, based on prior analysis that takes into account industry-specific challenges, business practices, and environmental factors.
The effectiveness of this framework has been scientifically proven in an empirical study at an EU business school. Companies with high overall scores across the six components also perform well. It has therefore been shown that initiatives to improve these six elements lead to improved business performance.

2. An end-to-end delivery scheme that links strategy to tactics

Strategic Partners has developed a service scheme that can deliver end to end, from corporate strategy through product production to solutions. In the strategy domain, we formulate various strategies together with our clients. After that, the client moves on to executing the strategy, and we move on to supporting that execution. At the same time, we develop the products and IT solutions needed to achieve the strategy. By providing integrated support that consulting firms and advertising agencies have not been able to offer, we deliver more effective and efficient strategic support.
3. In-house team and an extensive external network

It goes without saying that, in the end, what matters most in supporting a company is “the capability of the supporting company and its people.” Many partner firms, in their rush to grow, prioritize “ease of handing off” and tend to neglect training their people. We place the greatest emphasis on developing our in-house team and on networking with excellent external partners (companies and individuals).
A) In-house team
We can execute nearly all work related to management support (e.g., planning, products) without subcontracting. We have many talented people, including excellent producers and directors, and staff projects flexibly according to budget.
B) External partner network
When specialized capabilities or functions are required, we select from our extensive network of partners (companies and individuals) as needed and execute initiatives under our control. We network flexibly according to budget: for example, a branding firm when distinctive branding is needed, or an advertising agency when efficient media buying is needed.
